This is a combination of Massage and Reiki. Based upon your needs, desires, and what your body tells me I will customize your bodywork session combined with energy work to give you a complete healing session. I love to incorporate Deep tissue or Swedish, Trigger point Therapy, Structural movement, and reflexology along with Reiki. Combining all of theses modalities allows you to start the healing journey of your physical, energetic and emotion body all in one session.

Reiki combines universal wisdom with life force energy and is good for all. It balances the body’s energy and promotes overall health. It is known to reduce stress and helps develop physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. It is deeply relaxing and can help reduce pain in the body. Every session is completely different, but just as magical as the last!
PRENATAL

This service is for anyone who is pregnant! I say it all the time, those who are pregnant need bodywork more than anyone! Your body and hormones are changing rapidly. Allow me to guide you in deep relaxation and relief throughout your body. This is also an Energy infused Bodywork session! The only difference is you’ll be bolstered and supported comfortably as your body is changing and baby is growing!
