I was a young girl who just wanted to help others feel better.
That simple desire led me into the world of massage therapy in 2012, where I quickly fell in love with the work. With the quiet conversations that happen beneath the skin, and the way a single session could shift someone’s entire being. I knew I was making a difference, and that knowing kept pulling me deeper.
My curiosity grew as I continued to learn and explore. I immersed myself in different trainings. A few of my most impactful were Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Herbalism. Each one deepened my understanding of the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Then, in 2020, my own body asked me to listen in a new way. I found out I had endometriosis. The options I was given by doctors didn’t sit right with me, as I didn’t want to just mask the symptoms. I wanted to understand the root of what was happening within me. That’s when I found Origin Pelvic Care. For the first time, I felt seen, heard, and met in my experience. I knew I had experienced the first stages of true healing in my body and it was unlike anything I had ever experienced before.
After just one session, I knew this was something I wanted to devote myself to. In 2024, I began the two-year Origin Pelvic Care Practitioner Program, diving into a lineage of care that changed everything I thought I knew about healing. About womanhood. About myself.
Through this work, I’ve come to know myself more fully. The vibrancy, the life-bearing, life-giving essence that lives within every woman. I am deeply devoted to my own self touch ceremonies, honoring my body and its wisdom every day. I also love to dance, savoring delicious food, and spending time with my dog, Simba. I find joy exploring the mountains, and I cherish the magic of gathering with the dear sisters of my community.
Hi, I’m Kale.
